Use of Materials Involving Recombinant DNA (rDNA) in Animals

The following form should be completed and submitted to the Institutional Biosafety - Recombinant DNA Committee (IBC-rDNA) if your studies include materials that contain recombinant DNA or RNA, and/or if your studies involve animals with recombinant genetic genomes (e.g. transgenics, knockouts, knock-ins).

Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs) are contractual documents used for the acquisition of various biological and research materials, and occasionally data, developed by nonprofit, government and private industry.
